Have you ever realized the lack of recycling throughout the school? Specifically the cafeteria. Every day students use the plastic cups for slushies for lunch, but there is no option to recycle those cups.

While, yes, we have two different kinds of recycling bins in all classrooms, that still doesn’t stop students and teachers alike from not sorting their trash. The differences are often unknown as to what bins plastic and paper belong to. Very few classrooms have a sign to  indicate the difference.

Teachers such as Mr. Stark, Mrs. Combs, and Ms. Rhoades all have the signs above their bins to guide students. They set the standard of what all teachers should do — ask their students to properly dispose of their trash.
