As graduation approaches, we celebrate the incredible journey of Addison Stallings, a dedicated student, athlete, and leader whose time in high school has been nothing short of memorable.
Dreaming Big
Addison is set to continue her academic journey at UW-Parkside, where she will pursue her dream career as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Her passion for helping others is evident, making this career path a perfect fit for her.
A Passion for Involvement
From volunteering after school to actively participating in multiple clubs, Addison has made the most of her high school years. She loves reading, playing sports, staying active, and spending time with friends and family.
A Championship Moment
One of Addison’s favorite high school memories was when her girls’ volleyball team won the conference. Experiencing that historic moment with the support of fellow students made it even more special.
High School in a Song
If she had to sum up her high school experience in one song, Addison would choose “Good Times Go By Too Fast” by Dylan Scott. The lyrics remind her to cherish every moment, something she strived to do throughout her time in high school.
Words of Wisdom for Underclassmen
Her advice to younger students? “Surround yourself with people that lift you up and care about you as much as you care about them.”
Favorite Classes & Influential Teachers
Among her favorite classes are Coaching and Officiating/Team Activities, where she enjoyed learning about sports from a different perspective. The teacher who had the biggest impact on her was Mrs. Quartucci, her homeroom teacher and a constant source of guidance and support.
Lessons Learned
If she could change one thing, Addison wishes she had procrastinated less and just got her work done—a relatable sentiment for many students.
Unforgettable Moments
Addison’s greatest memories revolve around sporting events, especially football games, where she and her friends went all out with themed outfits and cheered on a successful season. And while there were many fun moments, one of her more “controversial” ones was a TikTok stunt involving condiments and french fries—a moment of laughter that she won’t forget anytime soon!
As Addison moves on to her next chapter at UW-Parkside, she leaves behind a legacy of school spirit, involvement, and kindness. We can’t wait to see what she accomplishes next!
