As graduation nears, we want to take a moment to highlight Autumn Lovely, a dedicated student with big dreams, a strong work ethic, and a student with an unforgettable high school experience.
Roll Tide!
Autumn will continue her education at the University of Alabama, where she will pursue her dream career as a Pediatric Oncology Nurse at St. Jude’s. Her passion for helping children in need is truly inspiring, and there’s no doubt she will make a difference in the lives of many.
A Life of Hard Work & Dedication
Balancing school, work, and FFA, Autumn has kept herself busy throughout high school. Her involvement in FFA not only gave her incredible opportunities but also provided some of her favorite memories—including getting out of class for FFA events!
High School in a Song
If her high school years could be summed up in one song, it would be “Simple” by Florida Georgia Line—a reminder that sometimes, the best moments are the little ones that make life special.
Advice for Underclassmen
Her message to younger students is simple but important:
“GET INVOLVED WITH AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!!! The more, the better.”
A Passion for Learning
Autumn’s favorite class was Vet Science, where she got to expand her knowledge and skills in animal care. Although, she credits Ms. Alonzo as the teacher who helped her the most, guiding and supporting her along the way.
Lessons & Regrets
Looking back, Autumn wishes she had participated more and gotten more involved within her school and community. A valuable lesson for those still making their way through high school!
The Infamous Statue
One of her most controversial moments? Receiving the “stupid statue” from Mr. Alter more than once—a lighthearted yet unforgettable piece of her high school experience. And as for whether AP Gov has an AP test… well, that remains a mystery!
As Autumn embarks on her next journey at the University of Alabama, we know she will take her passion, determination, and humor with her. The future is bright, and we can’t wait to see all she accomplishes!
