On Friday & Saturday, November 14th & 15th, the Fall One-Act plays are performing at 7 pm. From thumb wars to college interviews, these plays get crazy. 

Abagail Kiem directs “Bullies Anonymous” by  E.M. Bell

In this quirky play, four high school bullies talk about their feelings and experiences. Things seem fine until they receive an unexpected visitor in the middle of their stories. 

Running time: Approximately 10 minutes

Dominic Gluchman directs “Eight Ways to Screw Up Your College Interview” by Ian McWethy

When two college admission counselors are required to accept one more student to keep their jobs, there are no applicants available.  They are forced to resort to the “waitlist,” and eight eccentric students may be their saving grace. 

Running time: Approximately 20 minutes

Nicholas Stark directs “Lady Washington” by Tyler Dwiggens

George Washington struggles with the news that his wife, Martha Washington, will not be attending his inauguration.

Running time: Approximately 10 minutes

Kelly Dennis directs “The Happy” by Don Zolidis

Four high school teachers, exhausted by the daily grind, eat lunch in the staff break room. Their emotions are irritatingly singular, and we gradually learn that something more sinister is afoot. 

Running time: Approximately 10 minutes

Alison Archuila Guerrero directs “Charming Princes” by Emily C. A. Snyder

In this comedy, Cinderella deals with a stubborn fairy godmother and a prince who can’t take a hint (even when it smacked him with a six-inch stiletto).
